Tensiol LT/B
TENSIOL LT/B is a specific product for the cleaning of metallic nets of the vacuum leather drying systems.
It is well known that a coarsy and infrequent maintenance of such important components can cause serious inconveniences such as:
- accumulation of dangerous patina constituted by dyestuffs and and badly mixed fatliquors;
- obstruction of the nets caused by dust and skin fragments deposit.
The most serious and frequent consequences are:
- accumulation of indelible stains on dried leathers (in particular if clear or pastel-coloured);
- bad performance of the plant with a consequent overload of the system of pumping in vain;
- a high energy use and the achievement of badly dried skins.
Usage
TENSIOL LT/B can be used in two different ways:
- total and complete cleaning of the nets: you have to disassemble the nets of the sucking hood and to treat them with a solution 10÷12% of TENSIOL LT/B, atomized and sprayed at high pressure by water-cleaner;
- maintenance cleaning: between the drying of a dark leather lot and a clear one atomizing the washing solution and rinsing with hot water or pouring using a quantity of TENSIOL LT/B enough to cover all the metallic support plain of the grain and activating for a short period the pumping system in vain in order to wet completely the nets. Switch off the machine, during the night the washing solution emulsifies completely the accumulated grea-se. In the morning carry out an energic rinsing, spraying hot water at high pressure.
Feltor FR
This specific product is indicated for the treatment and reconditioning of special transport systems present in the felts for roller finishing ironing and embossing.
It is well known that these expensive and important transport systems, are made from a particular composition of woolly and synthetic fibers , subjected to different thermic-mechanical treatment having the purpose to facilitate uniform surface . This very important leveling may be affected by the passage of skins semirifinite not fully extended . This inconvenience causes of severe depressions on the felts, which jeopardize the uniform of leather stamping later.
The FELTOR FR with its softening action, has precisely the aim of greening and swell the felt so as to level it perfectly .
Its action is therefore aimed at achieving two important purposes:
- Slow down the wear process of the felts while keeping their original softness and elasticity of the component woolly ;
- To help restore the depressions accumulated during the stamping of leather are not perfectly lying or variable thickness , typical problems of people working third parties.
Use:
It is recommended to wash at least once a week , by dissolving in warm water in the ratio 2:10 FELTOR FR .
Wet the felt conveyor with this solution using a manual spray . Stop the machine. During the break night (or weekend during the winter ) the felt will dry gradually .
It was found , moreover, that a solution of 1:5 of FELTOR FR also maintain a uniform degree of leveling of the surface of the felt for the pressing of wet blue hides and in retorsa post- dyeing and fattening.
In this phase of work , we suggest to degrease also with FELTOR PF or FELTOR PFS to obtain a more effective softening action of the final FELTOR FR .
Feltor PF
Specifically formulated for the degreasing and cleaning of the felts used in tanning.
Its concentration in active materials is 40% with more than 90% of biodegradability.
While carrying out the pressing action, the felt absorbs through the humidity that comes out of the skins a lot of impurities. These are particularly evident on the sides of the felt in the form of a deposit.
The product, thanks to its particular characteristics, manages to remove completely this unwanted residue, keeping at the same time the felt in optimum condition. The wash carried out regularly with this degreaser allows you to make thefelt last longer.
Usage
Feltor PF can be used both diluited 1÷5 or concentrated, depending on the type of the plant.

Feltor PFS
It has the same characteristics of the Feltor PF with an extra important advantage for the reconditioning of the felt.
Its concentration in active materials is 100% with more than 90% of biodegradability.
Using this product, that is a strengthened detergent, all the residue is deeply and completely removed, which often cannot be eliminated with the normal detergent for felts, and furthermore the textile fibres that make up the felt are protected.
As a consequence, even energetic and frequent treatments do not damage the felt in its function of soaking and relieving.
